Description
This thermostat was designed to be calibrated for food temperature and not air temperature. The dial set to 140 should have an interior air temperature between 210-215 degree. The calibration is done by inserting the probe higher into the cabinet to decrease the temperature and pulling the probe out to increase the temperature. Always test the cabinet with the front panel on as ambient air will affect the calibration process. Never turn the screw in the middle of the shaft to calibrate.
